Data use notice
Notice for the current implementation — 3 October 2026.
Information you provide
Forms collect your name, email, optional phone and organization, and a description of your needs. Account registration uses email and password through the authentication service. Do not submit research participants’ personal data or passwords for other services.
Purpose
The office uses this information to review requests, contact you, agree service scope and follow up. Portal files and messages belong to your request. Providing details does not opt you into marketing campaigns.
Technical services and access
The site is hosted statically; accounts, database and file storage use Supabase. Access to account requests and files is limited to their owner and authorized administrators. Public articles and resources are separate from private request files.
Browser storage
The account portal stores your login session and language preference in your browser. Avoid shared devices and sign out when finished. The site adds no advertising analytics or marketing trackers.
Data inquiries
For account information, retention, correction or deletion inquiries, contact info@khibrattaibah.com with the request reference where available. Never send your password. Detailed retention periods and procedures require an approved office operating policy.
